Born in Southern California, Dyana moved to the Greater Seattle area at the age of 3 and considers the Pacific Northwest her home. She lives in Kirkland with her husband and two daughters, the youngest of which was one of the first Les Lilas students at its inception.

Dyana has a bachelor's degree in Social Work with a minor in Accounting. Blending these two unique skill sets led to Dyana becoming the Business Manager for Les Lilas in 2019. Having met Virginie right before Les Lilas began, Dyana has always had a love for this school and the curriculum that makes us so unique.

With over 20 years of experience working in small business accounting and bookkeeping, Dyana's background encompasses the needs of smaller nonprofits while understanding the complexities of federal and local government systems, as well as seeking out grant opportunities to support the school's mission. 

In her spare time, Dyana enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and learning new things. She is honored to be a part of the Les Lilas community and greatly values every student, parent/guardian, and teacher, as well as every Board and staff member.
