WHY ARE YOU ASKING FOR DONATIONS? ISN'T MY TUITION ENOUGH?

Les Lilas French Bilingual Community School works hard to keep tuition as affordable as possible. The tuition income we receive barely covers the cost of each student. Funds raised from donations are for all other needs and expenses, for example renewed materials and trainings for staff. Donations to Les Lilas are tax-deductible, while tuition is not.

WHAT DOES MY DONATION SUPPORT?

Your donation provides vital unrestricted resources that support all aspects of our school from our outstanding educational program to our beautiful Montessori classrooms and materials. It also provides funds for our faculty's indispensable professional development. In recent years, your donations have helped with the purchase of new computers and of Wonders, the English curriculum support used by the Lake Washington School District.

HOW MANY FUNDRAISING EVENTS DO YOU HAVE PER YEAR? WHAT ARE THEY?

We have two major fundraising events per year: the Annual Fund in the Fall and the Gala & Auction in the Spring.

CAN I MAKE AN ANONYMOUS DONATION?

Les Lilas can accept gifts of cash or check at the school, or payments through our Give Today page.
